Good, clean hotel a bit out of the centre but not far from the West End. Whole place has been recently modernised to a decent standard. Staff helpful. No view and hemmed in by roads on both sides. However, price reasonable and would definitely stay there again.

Meal in evening was excellent but felt that the quality of food for breakfast was not as good. It was rather dried up and not very warm. Disappointing because the choice was varied and plentiful. All aother facilities were of very high standard.eg room, bar etc

Very good overall. A little extra from restaurant staff would make it even better. Bar prices on high side.

The location is listed as being near the West End area of Glasgow which I feel is slightly misleading... it is quite a long distance, at least walking, to the West End shopping area. The hotel is very clean, obviously recently refurbished in a very modern and appealing way. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, all displaying very warm smiles! Which is quite rare in hotels these days. Well done!
The reception/lounge/restaurant area is very comfortable and the rooms are very well equipped and immaculately cleaned. I requested an iron which was dispatched in record time to our room and delivered by a very pleasant and helpful housekeeper/room service lady. I'll return...definitely.
Top Tip
The Kelvingrove gallery is definitely worth a visit and go and see the Transport Museum across the road too! The Botanic gardens are really pleasant. Don't feel shy asking for directions, Glaswegians are very friendly and helpful.
