The location of the Pond Hotel makes it doubly appealing. It overlooks the placid waters of the eponymous Bingham’s Pond, yet at the same time it is just off Great Western Road, offering easy access to Glasgow's west end and city centre. Inside, the public areas are chic and contemporary, while the rooms are clean and comfortable.

very pleasant staff ... Staff polite and friendly... staff friendly... great service.... staff friendly and helpful... Staff helpful... staff should be praised for an excellent service they provided when I stayed in the hote... l ... staff were extremely helpful and friendly, all displaying very warm smiles! ... requested an iron which was dispatched in record time to our room and delivered by a very pleasant and helpful housekeeper/room service lady... The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was particularly welcome... staff smiling and helpful... Booked taxi but it did not turn up... attentive & pleasant staff... smiling staff especially willing to help!!... nice staff...
