I make a complaint of my hotel journey to your staff. However you only answered me that was impossible have this mistake between you and the hotel receptionist.Since from beginning your staff make a wrong date of my booking. And I spent a long time to argue with the hotel receptionist and they were not believe me at the mid-night when I checked in.I booked in advance because I need convenient however I make me BIG trouble because I booked in advance. That is really poor experience journey for me and my boyfriend.

The room was shabby - needed to be redecorated. The valance on the bed was stained and the room needed a thorough clean.
First night the meal in the resaurant was poor - soup was cold and poor choice of menu. Service was slow. Second night totally different - food piping hot and service was prompt and friendly.

Great pool and steam room breakfast could be better. A bit out of town but taxis were great.

Nice hotel within easy (cheap) taxi ride to most places we wanted. room furniiture a bit tired looking but nothing wrong. Staff were nice (except manager who closed bar even for residents on the Fri night. Would prefer a room facing Paisley road as the noise from the M8 is a bit much. Stayed there to attend the Scotland v Georgia game so as you can imagine after the great result I would have been happy anywhere
Top Tip
Not much nearby but there is plenty of eating places further down the road (towards city centre)
We went to the New Jade Garden chinese on Sauchill st which was excellent.
£52 for selction of staters, and main meals + drinks for 4 people...and the owner gave my 13yr old a bag of chocolates that would make a chocoholic sick..thank you V much.

The light in the bathroom did not work. I reported this immediately and filled in a written request. Nothing was done and I nearly had an accident using the bathroom in the night.
