Traveller from Ardrossan stayed in February,2010

startig with the sat morn, the breakfast was raw,had to eat out, the rooms booked for my friends had burnt carpets, the bar staff, well one member of staff that I waited 15 mins to be served, then they ran out of what I drank I had to buy from else where, totaly disgusted.

Top Tip:
dont visit, staff never smile, non helpfull,
